The shooting took place around 05:30 hrs near V’s Delight. The owner of the business, Keon Aaron, a 37-year-old businessman, had hosted an ‘All Black’ party for the second anniversary of his business, which was stopped by the police.

According to the police, the businessman said that while some people left the party, a few others remained in front of his business. While checking off his bar, he heard several loud explosions and then noticed a dark-colored, heavily-tinted car speeding off in a western direction.

He saw the men with what appeared to be blood on their bodies and assisted in placing them in vehicles to be transported to the hospital.

Hours later, investigators recovered the car used in the crime. The vehicle was allegedly stolen from a woman minutes before the shooting.
