Guyana U-20 Women’s football team in Antigua for Concacaf Qualifiers

Guyana’s U-20 Women’s National Team has arrived in Antigua for the Concacaf U-20 Women’s Qualifiers, which will take place from February 20 to 25.

They will compete in Group A against Haiti and Belize and host Antigua and Barbuda.

The winner of the group will progress to the Concacaf U-20 Women’s Championship, the pathway to the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

According to a press release from the Guyana Football Federation on Tuesday evening, Guyana’s campaign begins against Belize on February 21.

It will be followed by matches against Antigua and Barbuda on February 23 and Haiti on February 25.

Guyana aims to top their group and secure a place in the next round.

The 21-player squad includes players from both local and international clubs and universities.
