Two motorcyclists tragically lost their lives in an accident near the New Amsterdam Public Hospital, Region Six (East Berbice- Corentyne) on Sunday night.
The motorcyclists who died have been identified as 25-year-old Junior Matthews from Sheet Anchor Village and 29-year-old Stephen Tiloo, known as “Orchin,” from Reliance Settlement in East Canje.
Despite being rushed to the New Amsterdam Public Hospital, both men were pronounced dead. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear, and Police are actively investigating the incident to determine the cause.
