Ashoka Buildcon Limited, a fortune 500 company in India and also a leading infrastructure company in Guyana, has extended its support to local sports by donating cricket kits to the Georgetown Cricket Club.
This gesture aims to promote sportsmanship and enhance the growth of cricket at the grassroots level.
The donation ceremony was graced by key members from Ashoka Buildcon Limited, namely Mr. Rama Chandar Rao Thatiparthy (Project Manager), Mr. Chetan Gadiya (Country Head), Mr. Syed Kamaludeen (HR Manager), Mr. Kishan Bharti (Sr. Engineer) and Mr. Ritish Raj (Sr HR Officer).
The Georgetown Cricket Club was represented by its President, Mr. Jonathan Yearwood and Club Coach Mr. Peter Persaud, along with the enthusiastic cricket team.
