Three men are wanted by the Guyana Police Force (GPF) for “terrorism” committed at the East Ruimveldt Police Outpost and the Guyana Power and Light (GPL) substation at Mandela Avenue, Georgetown.
The men have not been identified; their photos were shared in wanted bulletins. Police, however, said the men are “Spanish-speaking.”
Police Headquarters has been investigating the explosions at the outpost and the substation. It was previously reported that the gate of the East Ruimveldt Police outpost was blown off after an improvised explosive device was thrown at the facility by unknown individuals.

Police said the two incidents occurred around the same time on Saturday, May 17.
So, authorities said they were investigating the possibility of a coordinated effort between the two incidents.
