Vendor remanded on cocaine possession charge

A 24-year-old vendor was remanded to prison after being charged with the possession of 1.1562 kilograms of cocaine. Wendez Pompey made his appearance at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on Friday, one day after he was intercepted with the drugs. Pompey pleaded not guilty and was refused bail.
