West Indies gear up for a demanding end to 2025 with overseas tours

Following a bumper home series against Australia and Pakistan and the conclusion of the CPL, the West Indies senior men’s team is set for a busy final quarter of 2025, with high-profile overseas tours to three continents.

The team will play 22 international matches across all formats, commencing with a historic series against Nepal.

The ‘Men in Maroon’ will start their busy period with a three-match T20 bilateral series against Nepal in Sharjah, UAE.

The series will begin on September 27 and conclude on September 30.

The team will then embark on a significant tour of India, their first Test series in the country since 2018. This two-match series is part of the 2025-2027 ICC World Test Championship cycle.

The first Test will be played in Ahmedabad from October 2-6, followed by the second in Delhi from October 10-14.

Immediately after the India tour, the West Indies will head to Bangladesh for a white-ball series. The tour will feature three ODIs and three T20Is, spanning from October 18 to November 1.

The year will wrap up with a comprehensive all-format tour of New Zealand, running from November 5 to December 22. This extensive tour includes five T20Is, three ODIs, and three Test matches.
