Lusignan, Young Rivals to compete in T10 competition in Suriname

East Coast Demerara clubs Lusignan and Young Rivals will journey to neighbouring Suriname to compete in a T10 hardball cricket tournament featuring home side Spartans.

The three-team competition will be played on October 11-12 at Dr Snellen Park.

Lusignan Sports Club won the tournament in 2024, and according to skipper Robin Williams, they are returning to the Dutch-speaking nation determined to defend their title.

Young Rivals’ captain Heamchan Durga indicated that they are not going to just compete, but they have their eyes fixed on the title.
