Police are investigating the fatal shooting of 47-year-old minibus driver and poultry farmer, Dion Ramdyhan, that occurred in the wee hours of Tuesday. Police Headquarters reported that the shooting occurred at about 02:30 hrs. Ramdyhan was shot while sleeping at his Bamia, Linden-Soesdyke Highway home. According to reports, loud explosions were heard at around 02:30hrs. Police were called to the scene and found Ramdyhan’s motionless body inside the house.
The identity of the shooter remains unknown as investigations continue.
