The family of Dr Brian O’Toole, Co-Founder of School of the Nations, on Sunday announced his passing, recognising him as a “well-known, much-loved and respected figure within Guyana and beyond.”
In a short statement, the family added: “Dr. O’Toole will be remembered for his kindness, strong work ethic, service to humanity, sense of humour, his unwavering love and commitment to his faith, family and Guyana, and the lasting legacy of service, mentorship and compassion he leaves behind.”
Dr O’Toole passed on Saturday night after being hospitalised for a short period.
He was 71 years old.
